At Zee’s Love In A Jar, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received (unworn/unused)
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or a receipt
To initiate a return, please email us at zeesloveinajar@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization—they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it’s damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Need something else instead? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
