We want you to love your Zee’s Love in a Jar products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our policy below:
Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will correct the order.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we will always work with you to ensure satisfaction.
Returns: Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect products.
