Shipping policy

At Zee’s Love in a Jar, every order is packed with care, love, and plenty of bubble wrap to make sure your jars arrive safely. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your goodies.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $100 (Australia-wide).
  • Flat rate of $12 for orders under $100.

Our jars are made of glass, not plastic — better for the planet and better for the food. Glass is heavier to ship, but we only charge the minimum rate. We do not make any profit from shipping costs.

Processing Time

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on where you are located.

Pick Up from Stockists

We have over 130 incredible stockists across Australia.
If you prefer to grab your jars locally, you can check our Stockists List to see if there’s a store near you that carries our products.

Packaging & Breakages

We take great care to pack your jars securely.
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address cannot be replaced or refunded by us.

Local Pickup

Local pickup from our stall at Carriageworks Farmers Market is available on select Saturdays.
Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to confirm pickup details.
