    500g Bucatini Pasta

    1 jar Zee’s Shakshuka sauce

    1/3 cup organic cream 

    1 tbsp Italian herbs

    Punnet of cherry tomatoes on the vine 

    1 Burrata cheese

    Handful pine nuts, toasted

    Handful fresh basil leaves

    Crusty bread


    Zee’s preserved lemon, diced - optional

    Zee’s paprika oil – optional

  • Directions

    Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. 

    Preheat your oven to 180° C. Place your tomatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes. 

    In a small saucepan heat the Shakshuka sauce and Italian herbs and stir through cream.

    Once the pasta is cooked drain it and toss through the sauce. 

    Transfer the pasta to a serving dish and top with roasted tomatoes, torn burrata, toasted pine nuts and fresh basil. Serve with warm crusty bread. 

    Delicious topped with a drizzle of Zee’s paprika oil and lemon preserve.
