    250g (½ jar) Zee’s Love in a Jar Shakshuka Sauce
    1 fresh 110g Burrata cheese by Vannella
    Crusty sourdough or your favourite bread, to serve
    Fresh basil leaves (optional)

    A drizzle of Zee’s Love in a Jar Paprika Oil (optional but highly recommended)

    Using Zee’s Love in a Jar Shakshuka Sauce, this dish comes together in minutes but tastes like you’ve been cooking all day.

    1. Warm 250g (about half a jar) of Shakshuka Sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until gently bubbling and heated through.

    2. Pour the warm sauce into a shallow serving bowl  something wide rather than too deep works beautifully.

    3. Gently place the burrata in the centre. Let the warmth of the sauce slightly soften the cheese.

    4. Tear open the burrata just before serving so it melts into the rich tomato base.

    5. Finish with fresh basil and a drizzle of Paprika Oil if you like.

    Serve immediately with crusty bread to scoop, dip and savour every bite.
