Zee’s love in a jar Shakshuka sauce winner of the Bronze Sydney Royal Award is a traditional North African recipe passed down to her from her Moroccan grandmother.

Bursting with rich, strong flavours of slow-cooked tomatoes, chillies, garlic, capsicum and blended spices, it is traditionally served with eggs as a breakfast specialty.  Zee’s Shakshuka journeyed across the world and is now savoured as a pasta and pizza sauce, a tantalising addition to meat, fish and veggies, or as a healthy dip straight from the jar!
